WHO WE ARE
A New Hope Consulting (ANH) is a firm of progressive consultants working in collaboration with clients to advance political power for Black, Indigenous, and people of color, and working class communities through progressive philanthropic practice and grassroots capacity building. ANH is the reincarnation of Dancing Hearts Consulting (DHC), originally launched in 2017 by Esperanza K. Tervalon—the first Black woman to run a 501c3, c4 and PAC formation focused on turning out voters of color in the US.

WHAT WE DO
A New Hope Consulting partners with changemakers to cultivate flourishing institutions, design and execute innovative campaigns for social change, and reimagine philanthropic leadership, investments, and impacts. Our work strives to support an equitable and thriving democracy that is led by, represents, and serves BIPOC and working class communities.

"ANH is committed to supporting institutions and leaders to be radically accountable, personally congruent, and in alignment with their HOW (not just their why).

We work tirelessly to be in congruent alignment; which means we speak, act and do our work with the purpose, process, and principles established at the inception of our partnership. Ultimately, we care about people as much as the outcome."
